Helix uses the latest in CAD/CAM technology to design the 1928-1948 Ford Spindle, ensuring a long life and smooth operation. Helix spindles are one piece drop-forged 4140 steel. Be aware of unsafe, cheap castings that are prone to snapping off, creating a deadly situation in a moving vehicle. Use 1937-41 king pins.

Note: Not direct OEM replacement for 28-36, designed after 37 - 48. Will work with any aftermarket 28 - 48 parts. Must be installed Which ever way makes it point out sideways instead of down. The shorter ear for the king pin goes to the top.

Application For Ford axles 1928-1948. Your top choice when using an after market I-beam axle. Ford used the same king pin dimensions and geometry on the 1928-48 axles, therefore you can use any 1937-48 Ford spindle on any 1928-48 car axle.
